Glacier Hot Pools is located in Franz Josef's lush native rainforest and was opened in spring 2008 by Ngai Tahu Tourism and Joseph Developments (Franz) Limited.
The multi-million dollar complex is the only commercial hot pools on the rugged West Coast of New Zealand's South Island.
The Glacier Hot Pools is Ngai Tahu's first start-up project of this scale in many years, and complements existing Ngai Tahu owned attractions on the West Coast.
This includes Franz Josef Glacier Guides.
